Dear Sir:

I wish to formally commend you for your actions on the 2 nd of February 2006 at 2049 hours. At this time you made traffic stop of a Chevy Pick-up Truck for a motor vehicle violation. Upon further check you established probable cause to search the vehicle and recovered over 97 grams of marijuana.

You pressed your investigation reading the suspect his rights and questioned him about the drugs. You obtained an admission that the suspect was a dealer and he was taken to the Brevard County Jail.

Furthermore you assisted a West Melbourne Officer on a routine DUI case and recorded the stop. The female that was arrested apparently made a false accusation of sexual impropriety. The tape and your direct actions helped cleared the officer and the law enforcement community of disgraceful inappropriateness.

Your diligent work habits have been an inspiration to your fellow officers in this community and other police departments. You are a true credit to this town, yourself and your family.
